• On-Site therapy/ home visits for new mums

Fee payment: The fee is payable in full on the day of each appointment. Options for payment include online payment systems, bank transfers, or cash.

Insurance: Awareness Psychology is a private psychology practice. Please consult your healthcare insurer to check if reimbursement is available.

Cancellation policy: If, for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide more than 48 hours notice. Fees apply for cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to a counselling appointment (see below for details).

• 0 – 24 hours notice: Full fee charged

• 24 hours – 48 hours notice: 50% of fee charged

• More than 48 hours notice: No fee charged
